IGCC Tax and Finance Committee Information meeting on WHT consultation

Join us for a meeting among IGCC members to summarise the first consultation meeting at the Ministry of Finance on WHT.

The French-Polish Chamber of Commerce, representing the IGCC (International Group of Chambers of Commerce), has received an invitation to take part in a consultation on key issues relating to withholding tax (WHT) led by the Ministry of Finance. IGCC members will represent the positions of member companies, acting in three working groups : 

• working group on the concept of beneficial owner ;
• working group on the look-through approach ;
• working group on the subject-to-tax clause.

We would like to invite you to an online meeting open to IGCC member companies, during which we will summarise the first information meeting organised by the Ministry of Finance on 20 May 2024.

Registration required - a link to the meeting will only be sent to registered participants. Registration is possible :
