White & Case advises Bank Ochrony Środowiska on green bonds issuance

30 December 2024 … Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. (BOŚ) in connection with the issuance of senior non-preferred green bonds with the value of PLN 200 million.

Dom Maklerski Banku Ochrony Środowiska acted as the organizer and dealer of the bond issuance. The bonds were offered to qualified investors through a non-prospectus public offering and introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system. The bonds have been registered with the National Depository for Securities in Poland.

The proceeds from the issuance will be used to finance or refinance green projects that support sustainable development and meet the criteria specified in the Green Bond Framework.
