Meeting of the CCIFP's working group Rebuilding Ukraine : labour market

Join us for a meeting to discuss how the Ukrainian labour market has changed since the outbreak of war.

During the meeting, we plan to talk about how the Ukrainian labour market has changed since the beginning of the war.

We will address the following questions:

• How organisations operating in this market have adapted to current conditions? 
• What they are paying attention to and what is important for workers who have remained in Ukraine?
• What problems companies face in sourcing  of employees?
• How recruitment processes have changed by industry, region or profession?

The presentation will be led by Monika Kocińska, General Manager CEE at international team of headhunters Copers International Search.

The special guests of the meeting will be:

• Kateryna Kovalevska, Head of Suprvisory Board of HRPro Ukrainian Association - an association of HR Directors of companies operating in Ukraine;
