SALES MANAGER (French Speaking)

We are currently recruiting a French Speaking Sales and Business Development Manager to be based in Warsaw, Poland. This branch has been in operation in Poland since 1992, and currently has a staff compliment of 12 employees.
Thanks to your conquering and entrepreneurial spirit, you will contribute to the growth of the Polish entity and the company as a whole by canvassing and developing turnover with target client accounts. Your duties will include:
- Maintain and grow the existing national and international client portfolio, especially in the French community in Poland Identify and follow-through on business development opportunities
- Conduct pre-move surveys and propose tailor-made solutions to clients, increasing services cross-selling opportunities Manage the client contract from start to finish, ensuring 100% client satisfaction
- Ensure that the CRM program (internal software) is updated and enriched
- Keep a finger on the pulse of industry and competitor developments and trends to stay ahead of the curve Represent the company at various business development events
Experience:Aminimum of 3 years’ experiencein a similar sales position, particularly within the service delivery sector.
Languages:Completely English-French bilingual; fluency in Polish will be an advantage.
Essential Requirement:You must be in possession of a valid driver's license.
Skills: A sense for opportunity, able to detect the challenges of clients and to propose and implement adequate solutions.
A business development, hands-on, tenacious and perseverant mindset.
Used to managing a portfolio of clients and canvassing, both nationally and internationally.
Well-developed relational skills that allow you to build the trust and loyalty of our clients.
Uncompromisingly dedicated to absolute client-satisfaction, which will include working long and irregular hours.
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. We offer an attractive commission structure which is based on results and Key Performance Indicators. All statutory employment entitlements in Hungary will apply to this position.
