We advised B. Braun on the sale of Ortopedicum to the LUX MED Group

The company, which is focusing on the further development of its product sales, decided to sell Ortopedicum, which owns a specialist orthopaedic hospital in Krakow. Pawel Mardas and his team from Kochanski & Partners advised on the transaction.
Based in Taiwan, UNIVACCO is a world leader in high-tech printing, hot stamping, coating, holographic and digital transfer products. It needed a large office space of several thousand square metres and production halls for its European subsidiary, which it found in the Hillwood Lódz Chocianowice logistics park.
