An inclusive organisation works for everyone

An inclusive organisation is one where the employees feel empowered and secure. Nowadays, in the era of the "employee's market" on the one hand and the enormous power of social media on the other, employers have to fight hard for talent, to attract them, capture their interest and retain them. 

Why is this worth doing? Because we now know that inclusive organisations perform better financially. After all, the more satisfied employees are, the more engaged and effective they are. 

So it is important to create an environment that will integrate each employee in the life of the organisation, make best use of their potential and, regardless of their differences, take their ideas into account, say Monika Politowska-Bar and Anna Gwiazda.
